In a privately owned plot that is located in Naypliou 50 street, an independent seven-storey building has already completed. The building consists of apartments, of high technical and energy standards with basement and pilotis.
The basement of the building consists of warehouses for each apartment and is served by the building’s elevator. The pilotis of the building is intended for car parking and serves all the apartments. All the areas of the building, such as the surrounding area, the front yards, the entrance, the public corridors and the interiors of the apartments have been detailed designed by a
special architectural office based on aesthetics and ergonomics. The selection of the materials has been done with the standards that Apsida have set, based on its years of experience and the knowledge on construction projects.
